With 6 highly successful areas operating in the South of the Costa Blanca and two areas in the North Costa Blanca, easybuy are looking to expand further. With offices in Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura, Quesada, San Miguel, Orihuela Costa, La Marina, Moraira and Javea we have a large presence. The idea behind easybuy is to give both buyers and sellers a fairer deal. We offer a service welcomed by all parties. The easybuy concept proved to be so successful with people wishing to sell their properties, that very quickly buyers began to realise that by using easybuy they could buy the property of their choice at a much cheaper price than they would pay by using conventional estate agents who add commissions of anything up to 20% on top of the owner’s price. It soon became apparent that due to demand we would have to open more easybuy offices. So we decided that we would share our success with others.
Because easybuy offer such a unique and successful service appreciated by both buyers and sellers it is an enjoyable business to be in. The business can be run by two people making it ideal for a couple or family. There is vast scope to expand and the opportunity to have employees, but this is a decision made by each individual office.
Each easybuy office has an easylet department offering both long term rentals and holiday lets. This part of the business can generate a substantial income, with income streams from maintenance fees, cleaning, airport pick ups, drawing up contracts as well as the fee for finding tenants and ongoing management fees. Many of easybuy offices easily cover their overheads with the income from their rental department alone.

As easybuy has proved so successful in the Costa Blanca, we are now offering the opportunity to extend the concept to other areas in Spain such as Costa del Sol, Costa Brava, Costa de la Luz, the Canary Islands, the Balearics, La Mancha and many more.
Regions are drawn up to support a minimum of 10 area offices up to a maximum of 20 offices. Costs start at 180.000€
