Area Information
Benitachell is a small village with a mixed community.  The village has several banks, shops, supermarkets, cafe's and bars.  The village also boasts one of the most sought after schools in the North Costa Blanca.  Benitachel has a close community and crime is not usually heard of in this area.
 
Close by is the resort of Javea is within easy reach of both Denia and Moraira, Benitachell, as well as Calpe. Javea offers a varied selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and has a marina, rocky coves and a sandy beach. The sea front restaurants of Javea are famous for their fresh fish and seafood dishes and a whole host of international and Mediterranean cuisines are available. Javea can offer many 3 and 4 bedroom villas with their own pools, gardens and terraces. There are many apartments 2 and 3 bedrooms with communal pools and beautiful gardens witch can become a good investment or rental income.
