The Costa Blanca cosmopolitan resort of Moraira is within easy reach ofAlicante & Valencia airports. Nearby resorts are Javea to the North and Calpe to the South. The villages of Teulada and Benitchell only a few minutes inland, both very traditional. Moraira, retains its traditional charm and has a lovely Marina and a Castle on the sea front. The stunning bay of El Portet is a few minutes from Moraira and is perfect for the family with its gently shelving beach and shallow waters. Moraira has small cobbled streets and a traditional square next to the village church, There is a variety of restaurants & bars catering for all tastes as well as designer shops. Moraira has some lovely residential areas with lots of individually built detached villas with pools. There are some nice complexes which have a range of apartments, bungalowas and villas that share communal pools and in many instances tennis courts. Moraira has the San Jamie golf course and is only a 10 minute drive away from the Javea Golf Club. A 40 minute drive gets you to one of the largest theme parks in Europe 'Terra Mitica' in Benidorm, along with 'Aqualandia' water park, 'Mundomar' animal park and the beautiful waterfalls at Algar.
